Syncronitazion TimeZone Mobile Client

Hello,

we have a client MI 2.5 and we can not get the correct local time (argentina) when we do syncronization

We have set AGT (argentina) time in the MI client, the server is set to GMT -3 (argentina) (Windows 2003) though when the mobile do the syncronization there are 5 hours different related to our local time.

There are something more to configurate?

Thanks, but did not help me. My point is the conversion: it does not works, i mean, the syncro is OK, my mobile receive the new hours but not y my local time

Hi Gabriel Silvestri

Try installing the addon available in note 1020442 and then choose the exact timezone in the MI Settings page. Test this and let me know if this solves your problem.

Thanks, but i have already setting MI client in my zone ( AGT, Argentina). Also, my server WAS 2004s is setting in GMT -3 Argentina (operation system windows server 2003). But when we synchronize the mobile against server WAS MI the clock on mobile advance 5 hours! and i dont understand why...

ah, my mobile have OS Windows Mobile and also, i ve setting it in GMT-3 argentina

Please any ideas ??
