SRM tables for workflow for different versions (active and change versions)

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement to come up SRM report (it can be SQVI report also) which helps us in determining which approver was present in which version. for example one PO has 6 different versions then we want to know which all approvers were present in which version.

I tried checking few table like /SAPSRM/D_WF_003 , 001, 002 tables but I could not find all the details.

Hi,

First, please go to bbp_pd to find out this document.
Then you will see at workflow area we have workflow id for each version.
Go to transaction swi1 and input the workflow id, and execute it. It will list all the details for this workflow including the approvers.
