Z* transactions not visible for dispatcher and processor - ITSM

Hi Experts,

I have copied standard incident management transaction (SMIN) to customer namespace (ZMIN) but the incidents created using the new transactions are not visible for dispatcher and processor user types. But they are visible when I login using the ADMIN user. When the incident is assigned to a processor, then it is visible under his name.

Using user with only Dispatcher role:

Using SOLMAN ADMIN as dispatcher

I also added the custom transaction in the auth. object CRM_ORD_PR and assigned it to the user. Kindly help.

Hi Pragadeeswaran,

Please add value ZMIN in maintain authorization data you mentioned for the following roles ZSAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE\ZSAP_SUPPDESK_DISPATCH\ZSAP_SUPPESK_PROCESS.
