POC is not aggregated from Activities to WBS

Hi All,

I am doing progress analysis based on quantity proportional method.

If i plan and post SKF on WBS , and run CNE1 , i can see the POC aggregated to higher level WBS.

But i am not able to do the same if i use activities, POC is not aggregating from activities to higher level WBS.

Can anyone tell me the possible reason for system behavior.

Hi Rajiv,

Your report is generating in the below mentioned path.

1. POC---SKF--Value category .

How many value categories you are maintaining for progress analysis.

2. You are trying to aggregate your POC .

to the value category give the range of your Skf.

Could you please check parameter by path->Project System->Progress->Progress Analysis->Define Measurement Method as Default Value

are you defined parameter at activity level?

HI,

Thanks for the response, now it is aggregating from Activities to WBS.

Now issue is i am not able to plan SKF for activities for each perios, in SKF tab if i post SKF values, system is automatically distributing it equally, and i want distribution to be manual, and i have not find any t-code to plan SKF at activity level like we have for WBS -CJS2 and for network- CJK2.

please let me know if you know any solution.
