Deven,

A common way to achieve this business requirement is through the availability check for deliveries.  Set the availability check for your Deliveries so as to include ONLY stock as a supply element, and ONLY other deliveries as a demand element.  OVZ9; checking rule "B" for Make to Stock.

You have not explained your requirement in detail.  You have also not explained how currently system is working.  Based on this, suitable suggestion can be given.  Of course, as already stated, you can activate availability check to your delivery so that whatever unrestricted stock is made available, goods issue will happen to that extent

Actually, at the time of sales order creation, the schedule line category of sales order picks the confirmed qty based on future job orders as well as the current unrestricted stock available in different dates.

For example, if 100 PCS are available in unrestricted stock and sales order is of 150 PCS and 50 PCS are proposed in future based on the job order. So at the time of delivery creation, it is picking the total sales order qty of 150 PCS in batch while we require that in delivery only available 100 PCS of stock should come.

Deven,

As mentioned earlier, such a business requirement is commonly solved by changing the availability check of the Delivery so as to only confirm if stock is in place (OVZ9 Checking rule 'B' or similar)

For this change, it is not necessary to change the currently existing availability check of the Sales Order (OVZ9 checking rule 'A' or similar).

Deven,

You'll need to check copy control customizing VTLA for schedule line categories.
