Hi

How to stop Deployment for a certain products .

I tried to use the provision at MAT1 , deployment, Lock Start Deployment, but still STOs are created.

Can you tell me what I have missed, or is there any other option.

Hi SRS,

The names of those fields are actually contradictory.

These fields are not locks for products to exclude them from deployment. So, even if you update these fields deployment will be executed on these products as well.

So why this dates are used ??? will be your question.

Deployment will not confirm STOs which are created within the END DATE range you give on those field. So, even when your Deployment Service Profile automatically confirms (Depends upon the Service Profile settings) all the STOs created, those products which have locks enabled will go for manual approval.

You've to find other options left for you
