Transferring ASB documents in cFolder to ECC to enable availability in PM

Hi,

I would like to understand how asbuilt [ASB] project documents from cFolder can be transferred to ECC.

Thanks for responding to my query.

I would like to describe my requirement as under for more clarity :-

The ASB [asbuilt] documents available in cFolders in a particular collaboration are to be transferred to ECC so that the documents are accessible to Plant Maintenance users to retrieve the approved documents [ transferred from cFolders to ECC ] for maintenance of the equipments after handing over a project to a particular plant.

Dear Mathi,

You can import the documents from cFolders to DMS using transaction: CFI01 - Import Documents from cfolders ..

Object link the DMS document to Equipment

Thereby enable access to DMS from Equipment as well..

Hi Mathivanan

   1. Use the Transaction CFE02

   2. select the Document type in DMS in which you want to bring the document

   3. Select the cFolders Collaboran --> Select the Folder --> select document and create the document.
