Service Desk -- java systems
I'm using Solution Manager 4.0, and I'm trying to create a Support Message for a Java system (specifically EP). When I select System/IBase for the Java system, I get 0000000000 for the installation number and ES3 for the System Id and blank for the Client. When I try to select a client, I get "No clients available for system ES3 in SMSY". There's no way to specify a client on a java system. What am I doing wrong?

Your client should not be blank, it should be 000.
In the iBase you have to set it up with a client. It should look like this on the Text tab.:
