Alert Issue:

I am working on Alerts, for any failures occurs only in Integration Engine/SXMB_MONI, PI team need to receive emails on the same.

I created Alert category in ALRTCATDEF and assigned that in RWB by selecting IE.

I tested using RSALERTTEST report, and which works fine, I am able to receive email, that means the connection is good.

But when I do end to end test, I am not receiving emails.

The tests I did already:

SLG1,ALRTMON,alrt_disp,SXMB_ADM,SICF and ST22 - no logs found

I dont have authorization for SCOT

But something found in report SXMSALERT_LOGREADER, which am not sure, please find the below screen shot:

Let me know if anybody has ideas:

The SM59 screen for TCP/IP has this program id, please let me know is this correct...

Hi Vijay,

Have you specified the gateway with which the AAE has registered?

Do you have SAP Note 1584248 in your system?
