How to transfer Header Text of PR from ECC to RFx in SAP SRM?

Hi Gurus,

i have the requirement to transfer Header Text of PR from ECC to RFx header text (as note). Kindly suggest me settings required to do so.

We are using SAP SRM 7.01 and ECC 6.04 ,Its a classic scenario with only Bidding process.

PR is directly moved to SAP SRM system through CPPR Process (interface RFQRequestSUITEConfirmation_Out) and is converted to RFx.

I tried to do settings in SPRO "TEXT MAPPING FOR INBOUND & OUTBOUND TEXTS". But no result.

Kindly suggest.

Hi,

Since CPPR is using SOA to transfer PR information and then generate RFx, I suggest you refer to BADI “/SAPSRM/BD_SOA_MAPPING” to handle custom changes at SRM side.

This will help you to configure the mapping from ECC PR to SRM RFx.
Please note this flow is from ECC to SRM, so the text mapping customizing in SRM has no use here.
