Error at start of Form Processing

Dear All,

In Travel Managent we are getting this error-  Error at start of Form Processing

We have checked the configuration-

TA20SWITCH

HTMLFORM_R_P     X

Still we are getting this error

Please help

Have a look at note 944221 for more info also on the HTML form, though you should really try get the business to consider adobe as per release strategy!

Hi Vaman,

Since you are using HTML form, can you confirm the value in V_T702N_A

(double click on your trip variant), in Other Settlement column 4 (in the thrid box) make sure the value is 1.

Let us know.

Also, you can check whether feature TRVFR & TRVFE are correctly activated and defaulted.

We are using adobe form and the value for V_T702N_A is  0( Adobe form active

Please can you also guide if there could be any issues in the printing parameters or ADS connections and how to confirm if that is fine

Hi Vaman,

Please remove the entry TA20SWITCH HTMLFORM_R_P     X  and retry as you are using ADOBE.

If the error persists, you can also show the error and communicate with basis team w.r.t ADS.

Note: Please do some basic research before posting your questions.

Lot of the information related to the travel forms is already available on old threads.
