Unable to connect SAP PA to HANA

I am unable to connect to SAP HANA from SAP PA desktop version.

HANA is at SP 11 and PA at 2.5. There error is "Unable to connect to ******** server"

Is there a version incompatibility?

Hi Antony,

The HANA vesion is SP 10 and not SP 11. I was expecting the admin team to upgrade it to to SP 11 during the week end.

Anyways I have upgraded the desktop PA to 3.0 and tried connecting to HANA SP 10. But I am still getting the same error.

Hi Liju, can you please screenshot the error & provide the log files? Are you using Expert Analytics or Automated Analytics? I would recommend that you create in parallel a ticket with SAP support.
