GRAC_REPOSITORY_OBJECT_SYNC fails to load data

Hi,

In GRC AC 10.1, the GRAC_REPOSITORY_OBJECT_SYNC job to sync profiles, roles and users from Backend ECC system is failing with below error messages.

Starting profile sync for connector ECCCLNTXXX and language E

Error in ECCCLNTXXX Reason Invalid date

Error in ECCCLNTXXX Reason Invalid date

Error in ECCCLNTXXX Reason Invalid date

Error in ECCCLNTXXX Reason Invalid date

Error in ECCCLNTXXX Reason Invalid date

Profile sync failed with errors

User synchronization fails with below error:

Error in ECCCLNTXXX; Reason Error in RFC; 'No active plan version exists'

Please suggest on how this can be fixed.

Role synchronization runs good.

Hi All,

Thanks. The issue is resolved now.

Fix:

The backend client for synchronization was created with SAP_USER profile only and it was causing the issue.

Basis team created a new client with customizing and User master +Authorization details in it. Then, the synchronization worked.

Hi Plaban,

SWU3 is good(in green), there is a active plan version in the system.

HI Baithi,

The time zone is set to EST for both user and system. EST is listed in available timezone in the system.

We are trying to run a repository sync from a client that we recently created by Client Copy from Production system.

Hi Prem,

Looks like the standard timezone settings are not properly maintained.

Kindly check the below Note regarding the timezone settings and see how it goes.

1790976 - Error "Reason Invalid date" comes while running sync job

Hi,

For, 'No active plan version exists', could you check SWU3(in Automatic workflow customizing). Execute and check if the plan version is set.
