How to configure service desk in solution manager 7.1 13

Dear Team,

Our requirement  is to automate CR workflow approval process through SolMan Service Desk.



  1. User logs a call in VERSA
  2. Functional Team analyzes VERSA Ticket & requests user for BRD
  3. User prepares BRD & takes SMEs approval
  4. SME approves BRD & it comes to Functional Team
  5. Functional Team analyzes BRD, prepares FS & starts working on it. If it is new development or change in existing objects, then it goes to ABAP team
  6. ABAP team prepares TS & starts development in SAP
  7. Once CR is completed, communication goes to SMEs/User
  8. VERSA Ticket is closed by Functional Teams based on confirmation from SMEs/User


Please guide me  how to configure  above steps in service  desk of  solution manager server.


Kindly advise.
