How and Where to start learning SAP Predictive Analytics

Hello Experts,

I am very much interested to learn SAP Predictive analytics, but dont know where and how to start. I am into SAP more than a decade working on BI/BW technologies. Below are my skill sets and now decided to learn predictive analytics.

BI/BW - Both 3.5 version and netweaver

ABAP - started SAP career as ABAP programmer

BPC - Worked on 7.3 and now working on 10.0 netweaver version.

BOBJ- Comfortable in WEBI

SAP ECC and SAP TM are transaction systems .

SAP SCM - from BW prospective.

Learning - R programming and Tableau . as general data analytics skills.

Please suggest me where and how to learn, practice hands on.. 

Any inputs will be appreciated.
