Work Manager 6.3 - WorkOrder User Status Update

Hi Experts,

Today I was trying to perform a user status update from SAP using BAPI '/SMERP/PM_DOORDERMBLSTATUS_UPD'. Upon execution, the user status was not updated for the work order.

On debugging I found that there is a place where we are getting the short text for the user status.

The status profile variable which we are using here is commented in a previous line and a new variable is being used to get the status profile.

When I manually enter the status profile into lv_user_stat_proc via debugging, the status update is working fine.

I have mapped the user status in 'Mobile Status Setting' in configpanel. Please let me know if I am missing any configuration here.
