Delivering status for long time

Hi,

We are testing scenarios in QA environment for SFTP to JDBC async scenarios from long period in pi7.4 single stack.

Recently we are facing issue when testing scenarios the message is in delivering status for a long time then it is going to delivered status.

where as in Dev environment it is processing in span of secs not sure why this problem is causing in qa environment

Hi Pavan,

You can then check the audit log for any further details of why the messages are still in "Delivering" state. If there are no details in the audit log, it could be because they are already flushed from the cache (refer OSS note 1314974.)

Please check the below blog

You cant try the below options too.

1. Increase the thread count for JDBC related queues as per SAP Note 1084161.

2. Increase the Maximum Concurrency parameter in JDBC communication channel  from  default value 1 to "5"
