Can VC characteristics pop up multiple times based on user input?

I want variant configuration characteristics to pop up on VA01 screen multiple times based on user input.

for e.g.

Suppose we have 11 characteristics.

User inputs value 3 for characteristic 1. Based on this input, other 10 characteristics should pop up 3 times to take user input.

If user inputs value 4 for characteristic 1, other 10 characteristics should pop up 4 times to take user input.

is it possible to implement this using object dependencies? and how?
