Emergency access Management - Plugin system down

Dear Friends,

     We have been facing an issue for the Firefighter users in GRC. The Firefighter users could have firefighter access for different plugin systems (Ex: A, B, C, D, E and F) and working fine. But here the problem is appears sometime.

      Even any of the plugin system server is down (EX: F) then the firefighter user not able to execute GRAC_SPM to connect any of the plugin system (EX: A, B, C, D, E). The GRAC_SPM is trying to also connect the down system at program level and struck there. At the end, Firefighter user not able to go to GRAC_SPM screen to connect any running plugin system.

      Could any body help on how we can avoid this situation? Thank you!

Hi Rakesh,

  We had tried it but no use. It works only when re starting effected on the plug in system.

   Is there any other way to fix the issue with out re starting option?

I think we don't  have any other solution.

FYI

1910200 - GRAC_SPM not responding. It keeps spinning Indefinitely.

Even we faced the same error,we did not found any solution other than re starting the effected plug in system.

Please try the same solution.

Hello Priya,

Just Re-Check the Following:

Try assigning GRAC_EAM and Execute the t-code instead of GRAC_SPM and let us know if you are facing the same issue.

Also, Please let me know what version and what SP Level of GRC are you on?
