Missing P in Personas

Hi All,

i am missing the Symbol P in Personas.

The Health Check is green, and all roles are assigned.

do you have any Idea, why the Symbol is missing?

Hi, Were you able to find a resolution to the P menu missing?  We recently downloaded Personas 3.0, SP3 and have the same issue.  Our health notes checker is green.  Our roles have been assigned and generated.  I am able to successfully test the Personas service, but I do not have a blue menu with a P.

Hello Grant,

In the user master Personas was disabled by a parameter. After we removed, it runs now.

Personas Version SAP Note DEVBuild?

Hm... that's a strange entry in the Health Check.

Anyway, make sure that your installation is complete based on the Configuration Guide at http://service.sap.com/~sapidb/012002523100013158972014E and this: Pre- and post-installation Checklist - SAP Imagineering - SCN Wiki

Since you are on SP2, check its main note 2222773 and verify that all necessary notes are implemented.

Are you using a recent version of SAP GUI? 7.40 >PL 6 would show the P.

For web logon, use the proper URL, it is different from the Web GUI link.
