Good issue document qty and MIGO posted qty are not matching

Hi Team,

Need help in resolving the mentioned issue.

Our client using sto process with outbound delivery.We delivered 28 qty for X material and outbound delivery displaying as Fully picked overall status and material document posted for 28qty sucessfully after goods issue

Excise invoice generated for 28 qty,and when doing MIGO in receiving plant only 13 qty are received.What may be the reason for remaining 15 qty.

Why are you asking the community instead of the receiver?

A 643 movement in the outbound process means it is a 2step process, which means the goods receipt with 101 is not posted automatically, it is manually entered by the user.

So you have have to ask your user why he changed the proposed quantity.

And you also may need to ask if he received it against PO reference or outbound delivery reference.

Have you checked the Purchase Order history for that material?

Check stock overview MMBE tcode supplying plant, X -material, batch - MAT264. Check how many stocks left and then material movements of the stocks. It will gives the Idea.

In MB5TD what values are appearing as Stock in Transit for the STO ?

Check it and provide details.

Stock in transit displayed zero.

In MIGO screen you are entering the same Delivery as a reference?

As your movement type is 643 it is a Goods issue for a cross-company stock transport order and there will be no Stock in transit.

In MIGO,movement type is 101.

Sto process is for intercompany code.
