GIS 3rd party integration for WM6.3

Hi team,

             We are working on the work manager 6.3 with customer service and we are going to integrate GIS with WM6.3 customer service.

But I Have seen the document "How to do 3rd party GIS integration with work manager 6.2 Limitation, it is saying  "GIS is not supported for work manager 6.2 with customer service component ".

can you please let us know is support WM6.3 with customer service component.

please share some document related to GIS 3rd party integration with Work Manager 6.3 CS

Hi.  We put a question to our dev team to see if it is supported in 6.3. We tried checking on other docs but we cannot find it yet.

The main response from them that technically it can with customization.  But we are checking if there are other documentation outside what you already stated above.

If they respond we will update this thread.

If you are looking to use the ESRI integration that is part of the base work manager then all the building blocks are there.  You will need to configure them into the CS version as part of your implementation and extend to support service orders versus work orders.
