Order and Delivery quantity

Hi gurus,

i want my sale s order quantity should not change after creation of delivery document.

Currently system allows to change me order quantity after delivery and PGI and i can also reduce the quantity even less then order quantity.

Please suggest.

Hello Anmol,

This is SAP standard functionality to change the Sales Order quantity even after creation of delivery/invoice. If you dont want editable mode after creation of Delivery/ invoice I believe you should go for some customization.

• you can achieve it through not given VA02 authorization access.
• Using through CMOD also you can achieve it but in this case it will be apply for all users.
• Use respective user exit in Program MV45AFZZ.
