(Outputs) Weird case; customer received order confirmations for orders that were not hers.

Hi Experts;

I have a weird case here; a customer placed her order; however after her order was confirmed SAP triggered the Order Confirmation output; however; she received the confirmation for 6 other orders meant for different Sold-ToS.

5 of these orders have exactly the same items she ordered; and were placed 11 - 15 mins later; the other order for what she received confirmation has totally different items and was placed almost 2 hours before.

I have verified and all the orders have different E-Mails addresses in the Sold-To.

Any ideas on where to check for this weird issue?

How are order confirmations sent to your customers? By Idoc? By calling functions via user exits? Via outputs (smartform/script; if so which one)? In either case it's probably because of the fault of calling application's custom logic, so you'll have a hard time getting valuable inputs solely by the information you've provided so far.
