Solution Manager 7.2 Import Best Practices

Having problems importing SAP Best Practices into Solution Manager 7.2.  It doesn't bring up any packages.  I assume it's a configuration issue, but where?

Is the problem resolved for you.? Even I am facing same error. I assume it is checking SUser product assignment to download best practices.
