Email notification where there is billing block

How to add email notification when there is a billing block in sales order? I want a finance department get notification where there is billing block indicator on the sales order.

Hello,

You can achieve this by calling this func. 'SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1' in mv45afzz when 'Biiling Block' is determined in order.

for the solution i proposed,u do not need any customizing,you just need to call the function when a billing block takes place.
