Hi,
When running rule task, I encounter an error whose message is: "Attemp to insert duplicate key row in object 'IS_FD_RUN_HISTORY' with unique index..."
Please tell me how to fix this error.

The KBA says that I must truncate the IS_FD_RUN_HISTORY table. However, if I do so, I will lose all old failed rule data. Is there any alternative workaround to fix this error ?
