shopping cart approved but item status not updated

Hi Friends,

I have a shopping cart in production which was approved and it has failed to create backend document as the supplier was missing. But in BBP_PD, I don't see item status. It is suppose to be I1111 & I1112 but there are not item status. Because of this I cannot delete the shopping cart as an administrator. Is there a way to update the item status of shopping cart?

Hi Sasikanth,

You can check the Shopping cart in "Carry out sourcing".  Also you can use the FM CRM_STATUS_UPDATE to update status.
