Sales order item status shows "Not Relevant"

Hi Experts,

in VA03 when I go to a line item status status and I check the system status, it shows it as Not relevant.

The item is a standard item and the Billing relevance is "D".

Can you please help me with the reason behind this being "Not relevant"?

Please check completion rule in item category, Make sure it is "C".

Check the item category assigned to this item, it may have flag "Not relevant" marked for the process.

You need to check the configuration of item category in SPRO.

Hi,

In your sales order type you have included an Status profile (User Status) . You may check it in Sale Order config.

You haven't included any status profile for your Item category .You may crosscheck the same in item category config.

Because of it the status appears in your status screen as not relevant for Item category.

It looks like it is a text item. The field "Item is relevant for delivery" is checked in the screenshots.
