Pricing - Exclusion for Group Condition (Scale base)

We have exclusion between two condition - ZFRV and ZFRW.

ZFRW takes priority over ZFRV (exclusion indicator D)

Conditions:

1) ZFRV - Group Condition by total order value- Scale base

The scale type is 'to'.

Until a certain Sales Order value, ZFRV will pick a definite value.

2) ZFRW - Group Condition by Plant- Scale Base

The scale type is 'from'

So ZFRW first groups all the items belonging to a plant, takes the total weight, compares this with the condition record scale. If it is above the 'from' scale value, a definite value will be picked for ZFRW

Created a Sales Order with 3 items from 3 different plants.

First item qualified for ZFRW. So it picked the right scale value (no issue here)

Then ZFRV Group condition logic took all the 3 items and checked the total net value. Picked up a scale value from its condition record.

The value picked is a right value.

But the issue is it distributed this condition record value for all 3 items, instead of only between second and third item. As first item has active ZFRW and there is an exclusion between ZFRW and ZFRV(preference ZFRW anytime), only second and third item should get the ZFRV value.

Basically I am asking system to consider the net value for Grouping  all 3 items but distribute the condition record value only for those items where the condition ZFRV is active (not excluded by exclusion).

Any help?

Attached screenshot is for First Item's pricing.

Total ZFRV condition value is 15. As ZFRV is excluded bcoz of ZFRW for the first item, the value should be Zero here. So this 15 dollars should be distributed by only second and third item.
