can anybody pls tell wat is Transaction code SN59.....

There is a small spelling mistake..it wont be SN59 but rather it would be SM59..
Ya what told is correct SM59
Display and Maintain RFC destination
and as per sashu kishore tld you It would be establishing a Connection Using a Destination (SM59).
The transaction is for defining HTTP destinations is SM59
Go to transaction SM59.
2. Choose Create.
3. Enter a name, a description and the required connection type (G or H).
4. Under Technical Settings, you can make the following entries such as target host, path prefix and http proxy.:

It's SM59 which gives us the list of available system to which we can connect remotely.

i think its SM59, its used to maintain the remote function calls for various R/3 connections to the RFC destinations.
