Unable to view Application data in My Inbox of Purchase Requisition Approvals

Hi,

Issue:  I am unable to view Application data in My Inbox app for Purchase Requisition approvals

What all I have done -

1.I have added task description for Standard task TS20000159

2. Implement BADI /IWPGW/ES_TGW_TASK_DATA and filled CV_DESCRIPTION for  'TASK_DESCRIPTION' method

Can anyone please let me know what am I missing here to see task Description/ Application data ?

Hi Siva,

It is not the Moderator's responsibility to close the thread.  You, as the OP or Original Poster, can do that by picking a Correct Answer for one of the posts.  You can select your last one then when you have a response from SAP for your ticket, you can post the solution and change which post is the Correct Answer.

Hi Masa,

   I have deactivated the BADI, yet I am not able to see task Description/ Application data .

  I am sorry, I have missed below two options which I should have mentioned along with my question.

  1.I get couple of error pop-up with no information of logs.

  

  2. When I check network I see one Error(500) due to CDS view not active and one Couple of success return codes(202) as shown below screen shots

Please let me know if I need to implement  ODATA service C_PURREQUISITION_FS_SRV to solve the issues.

It looks just a missing configuration. Is it S/4HANA system?

Please follow the S/4HANA configuration guide.

Hi Masa,

         Our basis suggests that our system is FPS01 and we cannot implement MAA document.

         Can you please suggest on this.

Thanks for support.

We have configured ODATA service. We are able to test the service within back end successfully. However we get below mentioned error when checked from My Inbox.

But we have assigned alias to the ODATA service and we are unable to figure out what went wrong. We are still working on this.

Moreover, After re-activating 'SAP_GATEWAY_BASIC_CONFIG' from STC01 yesterday. I could see below screen for split second.

For all the ODATA services we have SAP System alias as LOCAL, all other services are working fine.

Hi Siva,

You can test the OData service in the transaction /IWFND/GW_CLIENT and find the error log.

It sounds like Hub deployment. In that case LOCAL won't work.

What is your landscape? HUB or Embedded?
