Packing List in delivery

Dear all,

I am having a sales order with the below document flow.

I received a notice from seller that they are having double price on packing list as of the whole price in sales order.

Can anyone please let me know where can I see the packing list price.

Packing list is not a sales document, it's an output, probably some Z-program, and can be viewed from the application it's been issued from. Your question lacks general SD information, I think you should handle this issue within your local team.

Generally packing list output is generated from delivery document.

Hi

Packing list price could be a surcharge in your sale order line item condition tab. Check which condition types are applicable for this order. Check in sale order and in invoice both as it could be in invoice as well.
