Link between EKPO & DRAW table

Hello Guru's,

My question is I want to fetch data from material master document data i.e (attached document for object link MARA) for PO print out. I want to fetch document version for document attached for the material in the purchase order print out.

Please suggest.

Hello Rahul,

From EKPO first based on Purchasing Doc. (EKPO-EBELN) & Item (EKPO-EBELP) fetch EKPO-MATNR.

Then based on the material number you can get the link to the documents from table DRAD.

Pass the EKPO-MATNR to DRAD-OBJKY & ensure that object is DRAD-DOKOB=MARA.

Then you will have the document type (DOKAR), number (DOKNR), version(DOKVR) and part (DOKTL) which you can further pass to DRAW.

thanks for above explanation, it solve my issue in some extent. but my main issue is how can i get internal review code for each document, which table should i use and how to link them with each other.

Hello bholanathj - I do not fully understand your question, but try table DRAW.
