Hi V P,

Hope you are doing well!!

So,do you have any other enterprise apps being installed on this device through Afaria except this particular app?

Do you have any restriction policy for this device for the enterprise apps?

Can you capture the IPCU logs from this device if possible? http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/2099152

Kind Regards,
Sushmitha

Hello Sushmita,

Yes, other enterprise app installed on device without any issue.

There is no restriction policy.

I cannot get Xcode log from end user. Is there other way to check from my end?

Hello V P,

Can you check the Package tracking logs for this app on this device? Send us the screenshot.

Do you have enough space on the device? Can you check the INV folder?

Is "Install" required or optional in the app policy? If "Optional" you can try rebooting the device once and see if you can install the app again on the device.

Kind Regards,
Sushmitha

HI Sushmitha,

There is no app details on Package tracking log. Yes there is sufficient space on device.

INV Folder is empty now.

We created 2 policy for app as Optional and Required.

It is working with other users, only one user is affected.

But my question is, why this is working on other devices without any issue.

Other user's uses same iOS version, there i do not see any issue.

V P,

Can you give a chance in trying this solution and see if this helps on this device. Also, see if this solution does make any changes on already working devices.

Kind Regards,
Sushmitha

I have now one app policy with 'optional', and still i cannot download the app on device. Get the same error.

Tried with basic troubleshooting steps on device.

Hi , there are two parts to that KBA that need to be implemented. I suggest you set up another policy and do not deploy via MDM in addition to being set to optional. The problem is likely similar or same root cause as this KBA describes, and the only way to work around it is to use the old style of app deployment instead of MDM deployment (or to wipe and re-enroll the device). This error comes from iOS a lot less often these days, but we still do see it occasionally... and when it occurs, the problem won't impact every device for that app, and the impacted device may be able to install other apps via MDM.
