Change Request not available to one of Custodian Approver

Hi Techies,

I am facing an issue like in PPOME both custodian approver are maintained in same organization unit as custodian approver of customer creation, but once Change request is under custodian approval stage that CR is not going to one of the custodian approver, but another approver is getting. Can you please help me out of this issue.

it your are using the Rule based work flow then check with tcode USMD_SSW_RULE tocde..else also check under the workflow section of MDGIMG tcode..
