How to process the messages from Processing Backlog in Adapter Engine of PI7.4 Java stack

Hello Experts,

Good Morning...

Need help from here...

Many messages has been in To Be Delevered status in PI7.4 java stack Adapter Engine.

I have checked the processing backlog and queues(DispatchDisp) in adapter engine status. But queues have been cleared and messages also processed successfully from Message monitoring after restarted the particular server node.

But we observed the count in processing backlog still there. PFB screenshot for your reference.

How can we solve it. Please help me here.

Hi,

Try to check if the target system is up and working fine

Even do at channel level monitoring

Did you check the message status overview in the message monitor? select the period which you want to monitor and look for the backlog of messages.
