Hi All,
We are configuring solman 4.0, intially i am configuring all the scenarios on my Test box.
I have configured EWA and servilce level reporting in Solution Monitoring in Operations , but i am unable to see anything in Systm monitoring /administation and Business process monitoring.
It's showing " Page cancelled Internet Explorer was unable to link to the Web page you requested. The page might be temporarily unavailable.".
I had activated the services that are mentioned in SPRO.
Any suggestions plz..

Could you have a look to dev_icm in work directory to see if you can find any futher
error?
Check in sm21, st22 and the most update dev files in work directory.

I had checked the dev traces and found the below errors.
I have same rfc login user in the both systems with s_rfcacl authorization .

Just in case I would regenerate the RFC destination in SMSY.
For that delete the SM_SIDCLNTXXX_* in solman system sm59
In the satellite, go to sm59 and delete also the _BACK connection to solman
After run again the wizard in smsy to regenerate all connection to this satellite-client system.
Use a user in solman but also exist in the satellite system with the S_RFCACL authorization.

Hi,
I had tried with the suggestions you have made, but even that same problem is coming.
When i click on Grahics option in service desk or continious improvements same result is coming.
Is it anything to do with IGS, if it is can you guide me how to activate the IGS.
I had already downloaded IGSexe but unable to find .xml file in it for configuration.
