Phy. Inventory Document Creation Bin Wise.

Hi Experts,

Can we create a Physical Inventory Document Bin wise with any of the Phy. Inventory Procedure like (HL/HS) when we select multiple records during create.

Kindly let me if any possible solution is there please.

Example:

If multiple Bins are selected once, while create Phy. Inventory document system should able to create PI Document# for each Bin

Bin 1 --> PI DOC# 1

Bin 2 --> PI DOC# 2

Bin 3 --> PI DOC# 3

You can do this with WOCR limit. Set max 1 item for WO.

With WOCR Limit by set max 1 item for WO, It will create multiple WO but not multiple PI documents.

As showm below.

Example:

PIDOC1 --> BIN1 -->WO1

PIDOC1 --> BIN2 -->WO2

PIDOC1 --> BIN3 -->WO3

But my requirement is per BIN one PI Document. If multiple Bins are selected once, while creating  PI Doc.

Example:

PIDOC1 --> BIN1 -->WO1

PIDOC2 --> BIN2 -->WO2

PIDOC3 --> BIN3 -->WO3

Kindly let me know if any other possible solution exist please.

Hi Ramesh,

Check the BAdI : /SCWM/ES_PI_DOC . May be this can useful for Bin wise PI documents creation.
