Dear community,
Would anybody have the pleasure to explain me the difference between the back-end role for accessing all data and the back-end role for accessig data?
According to SAP, these roles are kind of similar. Hence, normally if I assign a user with the back-end role for accessing data, without any authorization restrictions or visibility filters, they should have the same access as having been assigned the back-end for accessing all data role.
Thank you very much for your time
Best regards
Vasilis
Hello Vasilis,
Using role back-end role for accessig data, you can set certain authorization objects for a particular user. This role does not contain any default value. While the other role back-end role for accessing all data gives access to all data by default.
Thanks,
Rohit
