No connection to SLD when trying to import SWCV

I am working on a single stack java system. It's a very new PO system

I created a swcv in SLD and I login to ESR, I try to import that I get this error.

"No connection to SLD configured. Only local software component versions can be created if there is no connection to the System Landscape Directory

See error logs for details"

Should not the business system be INTEGRATION_ENGINE_JAVA_<SID>

There was no business system, and when they ask them to create one, they created with a different name.

is the PO business system in Java stackcreated manually or by post process steps?

I get this error in ID when I try to Assign Business System in ID

It might be due to wrong settings.
