OData Error Message when loading calendar menu of campaign

Hello, All Expert of hybris.

While operating hybris, I face this error message when loading calendar menu page.

Would you give me any guide on how to track and solve this error, why this occurs  ?

Hi,

You can check if there are some OData-services, which need to be activated with transaction: CUAN_TC_CHECK

There is also an tasklist for upgrading all OData-services. You can run the tasklist CUAN_UPDATE_EQ_ODATA_SERVICES in STC01

You should also be able to get more information about the error in the application log with transaction SLG1
