Don't pick batches with older expiry dates then expiry date which already has been send to a customer

Dear All,

I have the following customer requirement: Don't pick batches with older expiry dates then the expiry date which is already been send to a customer

See below example:

On the 18th of June 2016 a batch with expiration date 18-06-2017 has been picked and shipped to the end customer. On the 25th of june 2016 a new order for this customer arrivés but it's not allowed to pick a batch with a experation date older than 18-06-2017.

Could any one advise on this how to realise this situation.

Have you enabled batch determination in delivery?. if so check if any custom sort rule can be used in order to check previous batch shipped and expiration date and then determine batches...
