How to download App builder and use in SAP for Mobile?

Hi Experts,

I am new to SAP for Mobile platform. I don't know how to download App builder. Where is it available? How to create an app? How to establish the connection between SAP ECC system to android app? Please guide me.

The App Builder I am familiar with is an older tool and no longer supported.  I would suggest starting at the SMP Developer Center http://scn.sap.com/community/developer-center/mobility-platform and working with SMP 3.0 (on premise) or Hana Cloud Platform mobile services (Cloud).  There are several introductory articles and samples.
