Error: Request ACP S4CORE ---- 100 not delivered

We are receiving the Request ACP S4CORE ----  100 not delivered error as shown below.

Please advise on the above issue with Maintenance Planner.

Please create NEW Maintenance Planner Transaction and proceed.

Maybe at that time, the ACP is locked for maintenance. Check this thread https://scn.sap.com/thread/3579194#16785912

Please try again later. If still face the same error, you can open an incident to SAP and let them release the locked ACP ASAP.
