Picking wrong UOM in sales order (main window)

Hello Experts,

I am wondering system is picking UOM KG instead of EA in sales order (main window). I have already check following views of MMR:  Basic Data 1, Sales: Sale Org 1, Sales General/Plant and all place Base Unit of Measure is EA only.

I am wondering how/from where system is putting KG instead of EA.

What is the value of MVKE-VRKME (Sales unit)?

This will be the first thing I would check.

If nothing is set there, then I suggest to check for custom coding.

I came to know user by mistake change the UOM from EA to KG while sales order processing. As we can not trace this changes in change history,.. by sharing the user desktop I came to know.

Dear Prashant,

You can not identify the changes in the history table..why because these are done at the time of order creation.Only the way if there is no change in UOM against material then other option is user manually changed in the order.

While doing sale order system first considers  "Sales Unit" from Material master Sale org.1 view then "Base Unit of Measure" from Material master Sale org.1. Please check your sales unit may be KG.

Check Sales UoM in Sales: Sales org 1 view of Material master record.

Also check Customer material info record for UoM
