Hi Experts,

I have a requirement for displaying different scrolling messages with different Text color and back ground colors.

Eg:

Message	Text Color	Back ground color
Message1	White	Blue
Message2	Red	White
Message3	Black	Red

Possible  Query Template  Output:

Message	Code
Message1	Blue
Message2	Red

Using iTicker display Template,  I am able to change the message text color using code column in color context.But I can configure

only 1 background color for all the messages.

is it possible to change the message background color along with the text color as per the message?

I tried your scenario.

I achieved the same as what you mentioned, i didnt find any way to change background color based on message code.

Hi Naga,

Please refer below link:

I have shared a screen grab, using this code you can create dynamic html elements. You can use span instead of td and style it to have some class assigned. This class then can be modified to change background or you can replace the class itself.

The output of trx can then be used with MARQUEE tag in html to achieve what you intend.

You are using a display template, I am afraid if this is possible. Been long time!

Did yiu try using "Color by column" of ticker area? It may help.

I tried checking "Color by Column" . But it didn't help.

With out using Display template, is there a way to achieve this?
