Mapping Runtime Cache Issue

Hi All,

We are getting below error when we are trying to activate object in our SAP PI production system.

Please help on this as soon as possible.

Hi Saket,

Adapter engine is registered with database host name, run the CTC wizard full qualified host name as per this note 1320707 - Configuration Wizard: PI Full Qualified Host Name

Can you check the logs in NWA and search for the error and provide us what you found?

Hi Saket,

Check if any of the following users are locked: PIDIR<SID>, PIREP<SID>, PIRWB<SID>. The error you face is mostly caused by users getting locked.
