Difference Between Integration and Adapter engine Jobs

Hello ,

Could someone please tell me, what is the difference between integration engine-Archive/delete Job  (SAP_BC_XMB_ARCHIVE / SAP_BC_XMB_DELETE ) AND  Adapter engine-Archive/delete job?

What are the Pros and Cons if we schedule/not schedule this ?

These are used to archive and delete the messages.

These can be scheduled to reduce the message load.
