Export license _ product classification block

Hi Team

We have a export licnese check at order and we assigned the licnese to released the order. Again for delivery we are getting  export legal control check with product XXX has not been  fully classified for legal regulations  XXX but the Product is already classified . I am not sure why we have this block . We are using CTRY2 determination procedure . Please help on this .

Not sure which GTS version you are in.

Please try to install SAP Note 2298038 in your system, and see if the issue can be resolved?

Hi Jagadeshwar,

We had exactly the same issue in our Sandbox system and we could resolve it by assigning the right schema for Import/Export at legal regulation level. Check all your legal regulations have the right Schema for Imports and Exports at below SPRO path.

SPRO -> GTS -> General Settings -> Numbering Schemes -> Assign Numbering Schemes to Legal Regulations of the Application Areas -> Assign Scheme for Numbers in Legal Control -> Assign the right Schema for Import/Export to legal regulation.

Please check the validity date of the numbering schema against legal regulations.

Hi Jagadeshwar,

In transaction '/SAPSLL/PR_PRCONI_02' check if the product has been classified for ALL the legal regulations. There should not be any Red indicator in this transaction.

Hi Pushparaj

Product has been fully classified for all legal regulations. Still we have the issue .

When we create the delivery ,we are getting product classification block (Product has not been fully classified for legal regulation ) even though product has been fully classified.

In our second step , we save the delivery again without changing the data  we are getting the license block which is intended. It is correct . We are not sure why the system is sending the Classification block for the fully classified products . It seems to  be standard issue.

can can you check at table level especially PRCTS and CTSNUM if all GUID's exist.
